01

Is there an AI-native practice management system in Australia?

Echo One is an upcoming AI-native practice management system (PMS) and clinical platform for Australian healthcare. It connects booking, intake, records, AI-assisted documentation, telehealth, billing, tasks and referrals. It is a product preview today.

02

What does AI-native PMS mean for Echo One?

PMS means practice management system. In Echo One, AI assistance is built into connected workflows, not bolted on as a standalone scribe. Clinicians review, edit and sign.

03

Who is Echo One designed for?

General practice, specialist care, allied health, hospitals and aged care. Clinicians, practice managers and organisations can register as early adopters.

04

Is there a PMS with a free patient app?

Yes. Echo Patient is a planned free companion app for appointments, consent choices and reviewed next steps. Free means the patient app, not the platform or clinical services.

05

Could Echo One be an alternative to HotDoc?

Echo One plans booking, intake, check-in and follow-up in one clinical and practice platform. It is not a confirmed like-for-like replacement: compare the booking, communication, payment and integration needs you rely on against confirmed launch capabilities.

06

What if I am comparing practice management systems?

Weigh workflows, billing, integrations, migration and support. Launch scope and migration options are confirmed before you plan a change.

07

Can a practice management system connect the whole patient journey?

That is Echo One’s design: booking and intake connect to the record, documentation, tasks and referrals. Echo Patient and Echo Kiosk extend it to the patient and the front door.

08

Does Echo One include telehealth?

Yes: video and phone consultations. Patients join through Echo Patient once the clinic’s video service is configured. Supported services are confirmed per deployment.

09

Can patients share wearable and home-monitoring data?

Yes. Patients choose which supported readings to share and send a summary, with a note, to a named clinician. Supported sources vary by deployment. Shared readings are for clinician review, not continuous monitoring, diagnosis or emergency alerts.

10

Who is building the next generation of practice software in Australia?

Echo One is being built around AI-assisted clinical work, a connected journey and patient-controlled sharing. Early adopters help shape it.

11

Is Echo One available now?

Not yet. This site shows an illustrative preview with demonstration data. Launch and early access will be confirmed separately; joining the waitlist does not grant access or commit you to a purchase.

12

How does Echo One use AI?

AI helps with patient context and drafts notes, documents and next steps. Clinicians review, edit and sign before anything is filed or shared. Judgement and responsibility stay with people.

13

What are Echo Patient and Echo Kiosk?

Echo Patient is the planned free app for preparation, consent and sharing choices, and reviewed next steps. Echo Kiosk brings arrival and check-in into the practice workflow. Both are previews.

14

What happens when I join the waitlist?

We store your contact details to manage your registration and tell you about launch, and contact you only with consent. Use professional details and never include patient information.
