Questions

Common questions.

Is there practice software with an AI phone receptionist in Australia?

Echo One includes an AI phone receptionist that answers in the practice’s own words, offers times from the live appointment book and books the one the caller agrees to. It opens every call with the emergency line and gives no medical advice.

Can patients book online and pay a deposit?

Yes. Patients choose a time on the practice’s booking page, with a deposit where the practice asks for one, and the booking lands in the same appointment book reception works from.

What happens to a cancelled appointment?

The freed slot is offered to the next matching patient on the waiting list. Reception can pause offers at any time.

Does Echo One work with Tyro EFTPOS terminals?

Yes. The invoice goes to the Tyro terminal at the counter and the payment comes back into the ledger, so the amount is not keyed twice.
