Echo Patient and Echo Kiosk
A free patient app
and a check-in kiosk.
Booking, check-in and care plans for patients, in the same record the practice works from.
Is there a practice management system with a free patient app?
Echo One includes Echo Patient, planned as a free app for patients. It covers booking, check-in, pre-visit intake and consent, care plans, medicines and requests. Free refers to the patient app; it does not mean the practice platform or clinical services are free.
Can family help a patient through the app?
Yes. A care circle lets family receive only what the patient ticks, such as appointment reminders, with no login and no access to the record.
Does the patient app give medical advice or judge results?
No. Echo Patient never judges a reading as high or abnormal, results and letters appear only after a clinician has reviewed and released them, and requests for scripts, referrals and certificates always go to a clinician.
What does the check-in kiosk do?
Echo Kiosk checks patients in, takes walk-ins and clears their details when they finish. The waiting-room screen shows how busy the practice is right now, never names or patient details.
Do patient answers go straight into the record?
No. What a patient enters, such as check-in answers or a medicines change, waits for a clinician to accept it before it becomes part of the record. Echo One is a product preview with a waiting list; availability is confirmed at launch.
