What changes for you

  1. Psychological notes are restricted by default.

Attempts to open a screen someone isn’t permitted to see are recorded in the audit trail.

  2. K10 and DASS-21 scored and kept with the session.

The measures stay beside the notes they belong to.

  3. The GP’s referral in, your letter back.

Both from the same record, without re-keying.
